Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) seeks a contractor to develop and produce a series of videos with a focus on providing alcohol to minors and minor consumption. The series may include a super villain short video for upper elementary students related to healthy choices. This could be an addition, if possible (referred to as an enhancement) in school-aged children ages 14 to 18 years-old (ninth to 12th grade). A minimum of two videos with a 2 to 3 minute run-time for the TABC Under 21 Community Education Project.
