Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, Health Services Cost Review Commission (HSCRC ) seeks a contractor to provide senior level advice, consulting, and ongoing technical support to the Commission, Executive Director, and staff of the HSCRC, as well as work with their Medicare data vendor to specify, evaluate, and review the results of reconciliations, calculations, cost variations and analysis, total cost of care trend analyses, and other pertinent information for Medicare, Commercial payers (from the Maryland Health Care Commission’s All Payer-Claims Database), and Medicaid.
