Colorado Department of Human Services seeks a contractor to develop and execute a comprehensive and statewide Crisis Line service system that is capable of serving children, adolescents, and adults in crisis situations pursuant to C.R.S. 27-65-103. This system will include a hotline, warm-line, text-line, and chat. These services will be available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days per year to include assessment, triage, stabilization, support, resource linkage, disposition, and follow-up services for people in self-defined behavioral health crises . . .
