North Carolina's University of North Carolina System Office seeks a contractor to provide research and evaluation services to the U.S. Department of Education Gaining Early Awareness of Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP) Grant. The contractor will develop an evaluation design that includes performance objectives, indicators, and measurable outcomes consistent with GEAR UP programs and the U.S. Department of Education requirements. The evaluation design will use a variety of instruments to measure annual and biennial student achievements, program accomplishments, and performance indicators in conjunction with the Annual Performance Reports to provide assessments and offer continuous improvement of the program . . .
