Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services, State Unit on Aging seeks a contractor to assist the state in improving federal funding to the state. The improvement of federal funding is an effort to implement Federal Administrative Claiming in support of the Nebraska Aging and Disability Resource Centers (ADRCs). Initially, the infrastructure will capture Area Agency on Aging (AAA) time and costs. Later, other agencies may be included in the effort, such as centers for independent living, and other organizations providing ADRC services . . .
