Missouri Dental Board seeks a contractor to provide services for the Dental Well-Being Program. The program was established for the purpose of assisting the Missouri Dental Board with monitoring licensees referred to the Well-Being Committee by the Missouri Dental Board pursuant to a disciplinary order, settlement agreement, or diversion agreement and to provide information to those licensees in obtaining diagnosis, treatment and aftercare for impairment issues. The Missouri Dental Board may refer dentists and dental hygienists to the Committee who are under discipline due to substance abuse problems, illness, or who are diverted to the program to avoid . . .
