New York's Erie County Department of Social Services seeks a contractor to design and implement a program for Youth Services staff: provide an introduction to Restorative Practices (RP) to all Youth Services staff; identify a RP Team to roll out and support practices; collect baseline and implementation data to evaluate effectiveness of restorative justice interventions; determine need and preferred outcomes of RP implementation; develop an action plan for implementation of RP; and serve as a resource for staff.
