The implications of COVID-19 for Mental Health and Substance Abuse have significantly impacted business processes, clinical and financial workflows, access to care, reporting requirements, and more. Such instabilities forced mental health organizations to expand to telehealth services, rethink their organizational mission, hire quality staff, and adapt to new technologies that meet HIPAA requirements.
To address these unexpected challenges stemming from the ongoing pandemic, organizations such as Starting Point Behavioral Health, Four County, and Harbor had to quickly pivot their business processes. Consequently, new opportunities for these organizations arose, including:
- Engaged re-visioning of services
- An increased access to care
- An enhancement of client outcomes
- The strengthening of their mission
Join our executive panel as they share their experiences on strategy, growth, and organizational sustainability in a post-pandemic world.
