Selling The Next Normal—How To Improve Consumer Engagement In Telehealth Services
With a cluttered landscape of options and information, consumers don’t know what they need, what their options are, much less where to find it. Provider organizations that can’t “tell their story” or tell it incorrectly or tell it to the wrong audience, will fail. In this OPEN MINDS Circle Elite Executive Roundtable, Amanda Jernigan, LCSW, corporate director of outpatient services for Gaudenzia, and OPEN MINDS Content Writer Erin Pressel will discuss the need to educate defined consumer audiences, including the “what, when, and how” of the organization and how to drive the message. Attendees will finish the session with ideas to outline their next communication plan geared to generate engagement in new service lines.
Executive attendees will:
- Understand why providers and health care plans need to educate today’s consumer on hybrid services—what these services entail & how they are provided, as well as the value in improved care and reduced costs
- Learn what to communicate, when & how
- Understand where the content should live & how to help users find it on your website, social media channels, and through search engine optimization (SEO)
