Karen Lindgren, Ph.D., Chief Clinical Officer, BancroftKaren Lindgren, Ph.D., has more than 25 years’ experience in neuropsychological assessment and treatment of brain injury and neurological impairment. A licensed psychologist, Dr. Lindgren oversees Healthcare and Nursing Services, the Applied Behavioral Analysis Center of Excellence, and quality assurance across the Bancroft organization. She joined the team in 1997 as a senior neuropsychologist, and recently served as the senior director of Bancroft NeuroRehab, supervising rehabilitation therapies in Central and Southern New Jersey, managing clinical staff, and maintaining several university partnerships. -
Judi London, Chief Strategy Officer, BancroftJudi London joined Bancroft in 2015 as chief marketing officer before being appointed to chief strategy officer in 2019. Judi oversees strategic planning, business development, government relations, marketing, communications, and admissions. She brings over 25 years of experience in developing strategic results-driven campaigns to introduce new products and services to grow businesses throughout the region. -
Raymond Wolfe, J.D., Senior Associate, OPEN MINDSRaymond “Ray” Wolfe, J.D. brings over 40 years of experience in the health and human services sector to the OPEN MINDS team. His areas of expertise include managed care and value-based reimbursement models, financial analysis and management, mergers and acquisitions, CCBHC certification, integrated care, performance improvement, and strategic planning. Before joining OPEN MINDS, Mr. Wolfe served in a 22-year tenure with Pittsburgh Mercy Health System in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Most recently, Mr. Wolfe served as the organization’s Chief Operating Officer (COO), where he was responsible for oversight of all system operations, strategic planning, and performance management.
