California's Butte County Office of Education seeks a contractor to provide Back 2 Work (B2W) Program services. The program primarily serves disadvantaged, underserved, and underrepresented populations, such as, but not limited to, those individuals who are justice-involved, unsheltered, veterans, transitional age youth, and long-term unemployed and provides temporary, paid, transitional employment to adults who have barriers to employment, causing them to be unemployed or underemployed.
