New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Economic and Housing Stability seeks a contractor to provide transitional services to transitioning and former recipients of Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) who have closed TANF cash assistance due to earnings for one year from the date of TANF cash closure. The goals of these service for former TANF families are to: increase the job retention rate; increase the rate of earnings; reduce the TANF recidivism rate over the contract period; and to provide participants with services accessible outside of work hours.
