The contractor will be a native Spanish-speaker who can blend in with the clientele of WIC-authorized stores and farmers in Oregon. These stores and farmers are owned and staffed by individuals who speak Spanish as their first language. The investigator may conduct covert compliance buys and assist with inventory audits and routine monitoring of these locations, depending on the needs of the WIC Program . . .
