Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice seeks a contractor to provide staff and programming for a pre-release and post-release case management program. The case management staff will complete a variety of assessments measuring educational aptitude, substance abuse needs, family reunification needs, medical assessment, and individual and clinical needs. Based on the individual needs of the youth, the staff will provide case management sessions, intake/orientation, reentry programming and reentry planning.
