New York Stare Department of Health (NYSDOH) seeks a contractor to coordinate the Western Region HIV/STD Viral Hepatitis Public Health Coalition. The contractor will be working with the NYSDOH to plan and conduct quarterly meetings of the coalition. The contractor should have a history of successful collaboration with rural and urban counties in the western region of New York. In addition, the contractor will conduct a needs assessment of the HIV/STD/Viral Hepatitis training needs of local health department staff and other rural health and human service providers in the western region and offer two one day training . . .
