U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases announces the availability of funding for implementation of the Monitoring Cause-Specific School Absenteeism for Estimating Community Wide Influenza Transmission Grant. The purpose of this grant is to facilitate research to develop a cause-specific school absentee monitoring system for the early detection of influenza in the wider community.
