Ohio's Cuyahoga Metropolitan Housing Authority seeks a contractor to provide afterschool and summer arts program services for Outhwaite Estates. The programs are designed to improve social behavior and social skills through increased self-esteem that will positively affect peer associations and resistance to peer pressure, improve interpersonal and communications skills, allow participants to develop an art skill, and provide opportunities for performance exhibition.
