Illinois State Police (ISP) seeks a contractor to provide chief medical officer (CMO) services as part of the Medical Response System. The CMO will be required to assist and offer advice for all critical medical incidents for ISP employees, determine the severity of medical findings prior to offering employment to cadet applicants, and liaison with the Medical Review Board concerning medical conditions of existing employees. The CMO will also serve as expert medical witness in the event of a lawsuit concerning dismissal of an individual from the cadet applicant process . . .
