Alaska Department of Health and Social Services, Division of Public Health, Section of Emergency Programs, Trauma Unit seeks a contractor to provide services for the Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) State Partnership Regionalization of Care Grant. The contractor will prepare, facilitate, and conduct a needs assessment to identify the system deficiencies that contribute to higher morbidity and mortality in the target population.
