Arizona Department of Education (ADE) seeks a contractor to independently review ADE's technology as it relates to the Arizona Education Learning and Accountability System (AELAS) and associated spending justifications and/or determinations regarding program changes and implementations. AELAS collects, compiles, maintains, and reports student level data for students attending public educational institutions that provide instruction to pupils in preschool programs, kindergarten programs, grades one through twelve, and postsecondary educational programs in the State.
