Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS), Children, Adults, and Families seeks a contractor who has experience providing 24-hour crisis telephone services. The Child Abuse Crisis and Information telephone service provides triage and documentation of allegations of abuse and neglect and response to crisis calls from providers caring for children in the legal custody of DHS.
