Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks a contractor to provide mental health services for referred clients of DHS Child Welfare District Five Lane County. The need for these services are a result of the Oregon State Legislature creating what is called the Strengthening, Preserving, and Reunifying Families (SPRF) Program. The overall goals of the SPRF Program are to maintain children safely at home with their parents or caregivers, safely and equitably reduce the number of children in the foster care system, reduce the length of stay in foster care, and to reduce the referral or reentry rates of families . . .
