Colorado Department of Corrections, Division of Adult Parole, Community Corrections, and Youthful Offender System seeks a contractor to operate and manage community return-to-custody facilities (CRCF). These facilities provide housing and rehabilitative services for non-violent offenders whose parole has been revoked by the State Board of Parole. The contractor will be responsible for providing all services (mental health, sex offender and substance abuse treatment) required for the safe and secure operation of the CRCF.
