Texas' City of San Antonio Department of Community Initiatives (DCI) seeks a contractor to establish and conduct Youth Life Skills classes for youth between the ages of eight (8) and twenty-one (21) who reside within San Antonio and Bexar County, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for providing services involving core youth life skills classes based on referrals by the Youth Services Division of the DCI as well as court mandated life skills to include but may not be limited to traffic court and substance abuse.
