Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Community Health and Prevention seeks a contractor to provide business services for the Early Intervention (EI) program. The contractor of these business services will adjudicate provider service claims, submit Medicaid claims to the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, allow for Early Intervention provider enrollment, and conduct family fee invoicing and receivables. The vendor must administer the insurance requirements of the EI system, including the granting of waivers and exemptions from insurance use. Linkage to EI services authorization data in Cornerstone is a required interface as are interfaces with other CHP data . . .
