Georgia Department of Corrections seeks a contractor to provide a substance abuse aftercare services program. The program is a six-month, highly structured substance abuse aftercare services program that targets offenders who have completed a primary, intensive substance abuse treatment program. The goal of the program is to transition offenders back into society as a self-supporting, pro-social, law-abiding citizen. The program will consist of cognitive-behavioral process groups, crisis interventions, group activities, and treatment follow-up for program graduates.
