California's San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency, Public Health Service seeks a contractor to provide services for two separate work statements as follows: the contractor will work with the county to establish a Community Transformation Grant Worksite Wellness Leadership Advisory Committee to support the planning and implementation of the county-wide worksite wellness initiative. The initiative is focused on engaging large employers in assessing and enhancing their worksite wellness policies and programs.
