New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) seeks a contractor to develop a statewide center for comprehensive worksite wellness to address the lack of adoption of evidence-based worksite wellness interventions by small to medium-sized employers (defined in the RFP as 1,000 employees or less). The contractor will conduct an assessment of potential policy and programmatic strategies that the state could undertake that would help a larger proportion of small to medium-sized employers adopt worksite wellness programs and provide training to NYSDOH contractors and partners on how to assist small to medium-sized employers implement effective worksite . . .
