Minnesota Department of Human Services, Child Safety and Permanency Division seeks a contractor to provide adoption services for children under guardianship of the commissioner. The department recognizes that partnerships between the state, county and tribal human service agencies, and licensed adoption agencies could increase the possibility of adoption for children under guardianship of the commissioner or tribal guardianship.
