Oregon Department of Human Services seeks a contractor to provide "Oxford House" outreach coordination and revolving loan fund services for Oregon Recovery Homes. Recovery homes, most commonly operated as "Oxford Houses", provide individuals in recovery from alcohol and drug abuse addictions the opportunity to develop an alcohol and drug free lifestyle through living in a shared recovery home with others in recovery and contributing to the operation of the recovery home. The recovery homes are democratically run and self-supported. Residents accept responsibility for their home's operation and thereby gain self-confidence and strength from peer support to maintain . . .
