Georgia's DeKalb County Board of Health, Adolescent Health and Youth Department seeks a contractor to implement GeorgiaÕs Personal Responsibility Education Program (PREP). PREP is a 16 hour evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention and adult preparation program. The intervention model for the evidenced-based component will provide young adolescents with the knowledge, confidence, and skills necessary to reduce their risk of sexually transmitted diseases, HIV, and pregnancy by abstaining from sex.
