Illinois Department of Public Health seeks a contractor to administer the AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) and to act as packaging/dispensing agent to provide state pharmaceutical care services via mail-order to approved participants for drugs related to the treatment of HIV/AIDS-related diseases which have been purchased by the Department. In addition, for ADAP participants with health insurance coverage, the chosen vendor will act as a pharmaceutical benefits manager, dispensing from the applicantÕs pharmaceutical inventory and then billing the Department for the remaining co-payment only . . .
