U.S. Department of Defense, Defense Health Program announces the availability of funding for implementation of the Peer Reviewed Orthopaedic Clinical Trial Development Award (CTDA) Grant. The purpose of this grant is to support research focused on optimizing recovery and restoration of function for military personnel with orthopaedic injuries sustained in combat or combat-related activities. The CTDA is a planning award designed to permit early peer review of the rationale and design of a proposed clinical trial and to provide support for the development of the elements essential for initiation of a clinical trial.
