City of Austin Human Resources Department, Employee Benefits Division awarded a contract to provide administrative and related services for a self-insured Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) with a pharmacy benefit plan and fully-insured stop loss coverage for City of Austin eligible employees, retirees, COBRA participants, eligible dependents, and employees and retirees of affiliated employers and their eligible dependents to United Health Care Insurance Company.
