Virginia's Virginia Community College System seeks a contractor to provide Workforce Investment Act (WIA) case management services. The contractor will provide a one day training session in the Richmond, Virginia area which will center upon, but not be limited to, the following areas of engagement: case managing the hard to serve, techniques and strategies for working with individuals with barriers (i.e. individuals with disabilities, ex-offenders, homeless, etc.), and assisting customers with job readiness skills including resume, cover letter, interviewing, networking, and completing online applications . . .
