Vermont Department of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living seeks a contractor to provide account management services for existing employee assistance program (EAP) accounts in the Northeast Kingdom. The contractor will develop and implement marketing plans for Northeastern and Central Vermont, participate in the development of statewide marketing plans, learn and make regular use of database support program, grow the size of the program yearly, educate employers about the Life Resources program, host employer events to explain the program, conduct orientations and workshops as necessary, initiate special programs as specified by the State, and attend statewide staff meetings and specified program . . .
