Arizona's City of Flagstaff seeks a contractor to provide intake triage services that include operating and maintaining an Alcohol Stabilization Unit for providing initial intervention, stabilization, and care of publicly intoxicated persons to the public. The contractor will provide such services for all persons referred or brought in by the Flagstaff Police Department, or other governmental agency, or self-presenting to the Alcohol Stabilization Unit without regard to that individual's ability to pay for such services. The contractor will also provide mental health services related to substance abuse treatment and detoxification services . . .
