Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS) seeks a contractor to provide home visitor services in District Five known as Lane County. The services shall be completed for those JOBS and Self Sufficiency clients not attending or participating in JOBS program activities that are a part of the clients individualized case plan with a goal to achieve successful completion of the JOBS program. This program is part of the DHS Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF). The purpose is to assist DHS clients achieve employment through the JOBS program with the outcome of diminished need for future TANF services . . .
