Oregon Department of Community Colleges and Workforce Development seeks a contractor to provide workforce skills assessment services which will be utilized by centers throughout the state to measure customer skill levels as well as establish a uniform process for centers and staff to serve their customers. These assessment services will provide the state with common data to help track and measure the performance of centers and the stateÕs overall delivery of employment services.
