Minnesota's System of Technology to Achieve Results (STAR) Program seeks a contractor to provide assistive technology device open ended loans for Minnesotans (all ages) with disabilities and older adults with functional needs. Open-ended loans allow a borrower to keep a device as long as it is needed, returning the device to the loan program when it is no longer needed. Device types are limited to speech, hearing, vision, environmental controls, and learning/cognition. The contractor must agree to collect data, as required by STAR's federal funder, and record the data using STAR's online data collection tool . . .
