A phlebotomist is necessary to staff the daily walk-in blood lead testing, collect specimens, route to laboratory, record results and notify clients and providers of any abnormal results. The hours of operation for the facility are 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Monday - Friday. The agency proposes to provide services to non-English speaking clients through bilingual staff.
