Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) seeks a contractor to provide special education compliance monitor services for Chicago Public Schools (CPS). The contractor will monitor that students with disablities are in various school settings which provide them with the least restrictive environment in which to learn. The contractor will perform site visits within individual CPS facilities to collect data through document reviews, staff and parent interviews, and focused observation of students in various school settings in order to substantiate school and district compliance with federal and state mandates for least restrictive environment . . .
