Minnesota Department of Education awarded a contract to Access Philanthropy to produce a report that identifies the key public and private funding streams targeted to support out-of-school time programs statewide for use by policy-makers, local youth initiatives, funders and program providers. Information gathered must include the following elements: target population, geographic distribution, limitations on use, length of funding period, types of activities supported and application process. The report includes information from federal, state and local public funding streams; private foundations; and other key out-of-school time funders such as United Way. Contract period is November 17 . . .
