Colorado Department of Human Services, Office of Behavioral Health seeks a contractor to develop a statewide crisis hotline with warm line services answered by trained, skilled professionals, who may include volunteers. The hotline and warm line services must be capable of assessing child, adolescent, and adult crisis situations and making appropriate referrals. The crisis hotline and warm line staff will provide information, screening, triage, intervention, support, and referrals to callers 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
