Minnesota Department of Human Services seeks a contractor to provide evaluation services and technical assistance to Recovery Community Organizations (RCP) funded by the Department's Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division (ADAD). Technical assistance may consist of training on needs assessment, developing a logic model, developing a strategic plan, collection of process and outcome indicators, implementing RCOs with fidelity, assessing community level change and outcome-based evaluation. In addition, the contractor will provide each funded RCO grantee and ADAD with a quarterly review report and year-end evaluation reports, at six months and at 18 months . . .
