Mississippi Department of Human Services seeks a contractor to develop a marketing strategy that employs proven commercial marketing methods to promote the abstinence until marriage message and the benefits of making healthy choices to youth, ages 12-18, their parents/guardians, teachers, mentors and other government and local stakeholders in Mississippi.
