Minnesota Department of Corrections seeks a contractor to provide services of community instructors for the Minnesota Circles of Support and Accountability (MnCoSA) Program. The program utilizes volunteers to support inmates as they transition from institution to community. The contractor will train volunteers on the MnCoSA curriculum in a supportive learning environment; demonstrate the Circle Process and facilitate this skill effectively to volunteers; demonstrate advanced knowledge of the Canadian model of Circles of Support and Accountability (COSA); and inform, educate and motivate individuals in the community to volunteer participation in MnCoSA . . .
