New York's Erie County Department of Mental Health, in cooperation with the Department of Social Services and the Division of Probation, awarded a contract to Spectrum Human Services to provide a child/youth mobile crisis response team. This team will deploy to where the crisis is occurring, assess the situation, and when possible, determine if the immediate crisis can be addressed with behavioral interventions in the home, then implement or facilitate the intervention. Contract period is July 31, 2009 through December 31, 2009. Contract amount is $335,000. Post this end of year, the contract amount is $670,000 . . .
