Texas Fiscal Office of the Governor seeks a contractor to provide an accurate statewide system for monitoring compliance with the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 2002 (JJDPA), 42 U.S.C. 5601 et seq. The Act states that for each state to remain in compliance, they must monitor the four core requirements of Disproportionate Minority Contact, Deinstitutionalization of Status Offenders , Sight and Sound Separation, and Jail Removal.
