Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training seeks a contractor to provide drug facilitated sexual assault expert instructor services. The contractor will teach a course during the 2012 Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault Symposium which will be held November 26-30, 2012 at the Barren River State Park in Lucas. The course will focus on drug facilitated sexual assault. Officers in attendance will be provided information about the types of drugs that are used to commit this crime. Additionally, information about the challenges to investigate a drug facilitated sexual assault and also prevention strategies will be covered as well . . .
